As part of the development of its Getfluence+ offering, Getfluence is recruiting an Account Manager to support its clients (advertisers and agencies) in defining, implementing and managing their SEO link building and GEO Brand Mentions strategies, both in France and internationally.
This hybrid role combines SEO/GEO expertise, strategic consulting and business development, with a high level of autonomy and strong business impact.
Key Responsibilities
SEO / GEO Analysis & Strategy
Conduct in-depth SEO and GEO analyses for prospects and clients, either autonomously and/or with the support of the SEO & GEO team
Identify strategic keywords, priority pages, and define appropriate anchor text strategies aligned with SEO, GEO and business objectives
Build publication, backlink and brand mention strategies in line with the Getfluence+ methodology
Provide clear, structured and performance-driven strategic recommendations
Business Development & Client Relationship
Identify, qualify and fully understand clients’ SEO, GEO and business needs
Build tailor-made commercial proposals and strategic recommendations
Present, pitch and sell the Getfluence+ offering during client meetings (video calls)
Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections and close deals
Grow revenue from existing accounts (upsell, cross-sell)
Actively contribute to new client acquisition, in collaboration with the sales team and through your own prospecting efforts
Campaign Management & Performance Tracking
Oversee the operational execution of campaigns:
SEO / GEO briefs
Content validation
Publication follow-up
Monitor performance, deliver regular reporting, and recommend continuous optimizations
Build long-term client relationships based on trust, education and performance
Profile
SEO / GEO Expertise
Strong SEO knowledge, with proven expertise in link building
Solid understanding of keywords, priority pages and anchor text strategies
Strong interest in GEO and brand mention topics
Commercial Skills
Strong business mindset and performance-driven culture
Ability to accurately identify client needs and build relevant recommendations
Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
Comfortable managing strategic / key account-type client relationships
Experience & Soft Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in an agency or advertiser environment (SEO, performance, consulting or sales)
Ability to showcase commercial successes and consulting projects
Autonomous, well-organized, with strong prioritization skills
Comfortable working in a mostly remote environment
Languages
Professional proficiency in French and English required
Spanish is a plus

Job Details
Position based in Madrid or Toulouse
Permanent contract (CDI), compensation package defined according to profile (Spanish or French contract depending on the office of attachment)
Role attached to the Sales Department
Close collaboration and mentoring from the Getfluence+ lead
French and international client scope
Hybrid working model: 2 days in the office / 3 days remote
