Job description

We’re looking for a driven and personable Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a remote position for candidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to:

  • Manage inbound leads and drive outbound outreach

  • Qualify and close new business opportunities

  • Upsell existing customers to unlock additional value

  • Support renewals and foster long-term relationships

You’ll become an expert in our platform and industry, guiding prospective clients through the discovery process and clearly communicating how Intuiface can meet their needs.

Profile

We’re looking for someone who’s:

  • A natural relationship builder with excellent phone and email communication skills

  • Curious and confident—able to ask the right questions and listen actively

  • Organized and detail-oriented with a sense of urgency

  • Passionate about tech and eager to learn

Preferred Experience:

  • 2–5 years in software or SaaS sales

  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Account Manager

  • Familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
