As Technical Sales Manager you will be responsible of sales over Benelux, France & Germany. Capitalizing on an existing landscape of customers, partners & leads you will re-energize VIZIMAX business in this region.
You will join our sales office in Brussels, reporting to the VP Sales based in Europe.
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a medior profile with a solid background in distributing electrical devices, particularly medium voltage switchgear controllers.
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for driving sales growth by providing technical expertise, fostering customer & partner relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Business Development with end customers (OEM) or through partners
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical devices market
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers and prospects.
Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts with support of our team in Europe & Canada
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics or in Business Administration
Experience :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical devices industry.
Experience working with distributors and end customers.
Background in medium voltage switchgear controllers and related technologies is an asset
Skills :
Able to read a low voltage electrical schema
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge and the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences
Ready to achieve sales targets and grow market share
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English, French and ideally in German

Willingness to travel as needed
