AI Project Manager (F/M) / Chef de Projet IA (H/F)

Automotive Cells Company (ACC) is a joint venture created in the summer of 2020 and backed by Stellantis, Mercedes-Benz and Saft (a subsidiary of TotalEnergies). Our ambition is to produce electric batteries at the highest technological level while developing cleaner mobility that is accessible to as many people as possible.

Main missions :

• Gathering, documenting, and challenging all specific AI requirements.

• Prioritizing use cases within their own project using a specific methodology (i.e., matrix value vs effort).

• Driving project development by coordinating AI teams (Internal or external) to meet project objectives, milestones, cost, and quality.

• Ensuring the AI data solution developed/delivered meets business requirements and piloting the deployment among ACC teams.

• Ensuring that all evolutions are well tracked and considered as new potential developments.

• Building a strong relationship with the business data owners of their site/projects and developing the local data community.

• To note occasional trips to the factory are expected

Missions principales :

• Recueillir, documenter et challenger toutes les exigences spécifiques en matière d'IA.

• Prioriser les cas d'usage dans le cadre de leur projet en utilisant une méthodologie spécifique (par exemple, une matrice valeur vs effort).

• Piloter le développement des projets en coordonnant les équipes IA (internes ou externes) pour atteindre les objectifs, les jalons, les coûts et la qualité.

• S'assurer que la solution de données IA développée/livrée répond aux besoins métier et piloter son déploiement parmi les équipes ACC.

• S'assurer que toutes les évolutions sont bien suivies et considérées comme de nouveaux développements potentiels.

• Construire une relation solide avec les propriétaires des données métier de leur site/projets et développer la communauté locale des données.

Skills requirement :

Knowledge / Know how :

• Previous experiences in either project management related to a Data project or significant experience in managing Data Science projects.

• Data management awareness: general ease with data manipulation, statistical calculations, and graphic representations and interpretation.

• Strong understanding of AI technologies and methodologies.

Experience :

• 4 to 8 years of professional experience with significant experience (at least 2 years) in either Data-related positions or Data Project Management.

• Proven experience in managing AI projects and integrating AI solutions into business processes.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Sciences, Master level…

• Fluent in French and English. German optional

Compétences requises :

Connaissances / Savoir-faire :

• Expériences antérieures dans la gestion de projets liés aux données ou une expérience significative dans la gestion de projets en Data Science.

• Sensibilisation à la gestion des données : aisance générale avec la manipulation de données, les calculs statistiques, et les représentations graphiques et leur interprétation.

• Solide compréhension des technologies et méthodologies d'intelligence artificielle.

Expérience :

• 4 à 8 ans d'expérience professionnelle avec une expérience significative (au moins 2 ans) dans des postes liés aux données ou à la gestion de projets de données.

• Expérience avérée dans la gestion de projets d'IA et l'intégration de solutions d'IA dans les processus métier.

Qualifications :

• Licence en sciences, niveau Master…

• Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais. L'allemand est un plus.

Comportements clés :

• Esprit d'équipe, organisation rigoureuse.

• Capacité à être concis et clair (oralement et par écrit).

• Excellentes compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse pour fournir des solutions optimales.

• Compétences en organisation et gestion du temps, orientation client, esprit d'initiative.
