Your role: 🔎

Directly reporting to the Airworthiness Team Lead/Head of Airworthiness (HoA) in the Engineering Directorate, you will support activities of the Airworthiness office linked to approval of Flight Conditions and issuance of Permit to Fly for ATEA demonstrator.

You will act as Certification Project Manager (CPM), endorsing a coordination role consisting in liaising with EASA (meetings preparation, data exchanges, …), managing EASA database, compiling certification documents, and ensuring completeness of justification dossiers.

You will coordinate internally with all the specialists involved in certification activities, mainly in the Engineering Directorate. You will also interact with other directorates such as Quality, Manufacturing, Procurement. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

- Liaise directly with EASA and internally coordinates as needed regarding :

  • EASA meetings scheduling 

  • Documents exchange with EASA

  • Test scheduling.

- Liaise and coordinate with Ascendance APLs (Airworthiness Panel Leaders) and report to HOA for the:

  • Progress of Certification Plans and Plans for the Approval of Flight Conditions and Permit to Fly

  • Progress of CCL (Compliance Check List) completion

  • Preparation of meetings with EASA

  • Tests with EASA attendance (witnessing).

- Keep up-to-date the certification basis and the MOC catalog based on inputs from HOA, and manage the associated library of standards and ensures timely procurement and distribution of documents and updates. 

- For Permit to Flight,  monitor the adequate storage and archiving of: 

  • Justifications documents

  • Flight Conditions and configurations.

- For subsequent TC,  monitor the adequate storage and archiving of:

  • All compliance documents

  • Approved Manuals

  • Type design definition documents.

Profil recherché

The job has been made for you if you: 🛠

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in the aerospace industry with a minimum of 2 years of experience in an airworthiness and certification position

  • Want to learn and grow on certification and airworthiness in the context of an innovative project 

  • Like interacting with many actors and act as a coordinator
