Job description

  • Develop corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
  • Act to support the human factor in the company by devising strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training and development etc.
  • Oversee HR initiatives, systems and tactics
  • Supervise the work of HR personnel and provide guidance
  • Serve as the point of contact for employment relations
  • Monitor adherence to internal policies and legal standards
  • Anticipate and resolve litigation risks
  • Report to senior management by analyzing data and using HR metrics
  • Lead organization design and hiring standards
  • Work with managed to launch and lead recruitment activities
  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
  • Oversee our payroll and performance evaluation systems
  • Design company policies and procedures

Profile

Requirement :

  • Fluent English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working remotely in a multicultural environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken; including ability and experience in engaging and managing multi-cultural stakeholders across all levels of seniority internally and externally
  • 4+ years of work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools and international remote worker management services
  • Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Detail-oriented and accountability with the ability to catch minor errors which can result in major problems
  • Organizational skills for keeping track of various budgets, employees, and schedules simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • Belief that teams succeed more when they work together and mutual respect with your coworkers
  • Strong video conference presence and experience engaging in a number of online meetings per day
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience 



Desirable Experience and Skills :

  • Relevant training and/or certifications in HR Management
  • Experience working in a technology startup environment
