Architect

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Energy & Industry sectors.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a qualified and motivated Architect to join our team in Madrid.

Working on cutting-edge design and build data center projects, your main missions are:

•  Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans,

• Collaborate with the construction team to ensure designs are implemented accurately,

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress,

• Research and apply building codes and regulations,

• Participate in client meetings and presentations,

• Contribute to project documentation and reports.

With a degree in Architecture, you have over 5 years of proven experience in BIM environments on complex projects. You are highly proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, with advanced knowledge of PRESTO for quantity take-offs and cost estimation. Ideally, your additional knowledge of BOQ preparation and permitting processes will enable you to succeed and grow within our company.

Recognized for your strong organizational and communication skills, you enjoy multicultural teamwork.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
