👉After several weeks training, and under the responsibility of the Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible of developing your business through an active presence in Central Europe, DACH and Scandinavian areas. You will work closely with the regional sales team and the design office.
🏆🎯As an area sales representative, you will be responsible of an active portfolio and winning new business in the area.
Your role will be to :
Develop, maintain and preserve the sales portfolio of Group solutions and services in the markets,
Identify and target sales opportunities in the specified region,
Build strong relationships with potential customers and business partners,
Present and promote our products and solutions to customers,
Support the development of a detailed Go-To-Market strategy for disinfection products,
Negotiate and conclude advantageous commercial contracts,
Ensure regular follow-up with existing customers to guarantee their satisfaction,
Participate in trade shows and events.
Work actively and collaboratively with company teams (marketing, logistics, quality, service, etc.),
Perform regular reporting within the CRM tool.
👉Context and main objectives :
In your area, you will manage a portfolio of around €1.5M generated to date in industry, with 50 active customers. Our client aims to increase its sales from 50 to 60M€ by 2024.

👉You have proven experience as an export salesperson, with expertise in the water treatment sector or related solutions (pumping, disinfection, treatment, sanitation, aquaculture, chemistry, etc.) as well as knowledge of the industrial or agri-food environment.
Strong commercial skills, with a focus on winning new markets.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong negotiating skills.
Dynamic and results-oriented 🏆
💬 Fluency in English and in another local language is a plus (German, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian).
🚗Regular travel 1 week out of 2 on average.
🙋Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
🌍Position based in Central Europe.

A fixed salary of 50K€ - 60K€ depending on profile + uncapped variable (estimated 15-20k€ 1st year),
