Le poste

Your role : 🔎

Within the Overall System Design team, you will coordinate and support the System Engineering and Verification & Validation activities for the avionics and Flight Control System perimeters. Directly reporting to the system leaders, you will define the V&V strategies, participate in the management of specification documents, the production of test procedures, and contribute to the lab and flight test sessions. Finally, you will ensure that change management, traceability and configuration management fulfill certification authority requirements for a Permit to Fly. 


Your main responsibilities will be : 

  • Mastering the current Avionics system and FCS architectures and functions

  • Defining the V&V strategy for the Avionics and Flight Controls systems

  • Managing the document cascade and the associated traceability, change management and configuration management processus

  • Coordinating the teams to prepare the test campaigns

  • Supporting actively ground and flight tests and the investigations related to technical events

  • Supporting supplier management activities on V&V aspects

  • Providing reports for the program milestone clearances and for the Permit to fly

Where do we stand? 

You will be entering the team during a crucial part of our development. Full scale testbenches are ongoing while full scale aircraft development is running at full speed with many issues to tackle regarding communications networks and associated developments.


Profil recherché

The job has been made for you if you have : 🛠

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Computer Science or related field

  • 4+ years of experience in systems engineering and V&V or related fields in aerospace systems

  • Preferred to have practical hands-on experience in V&V, integration and test

  • Experience with HMI, communication and Flight Control systems development

  • Good knowledge and experience with DO-178C, DO-254 and DO-160 standards is a plus

  • Ground & Flight testing experience is a plus

  • An experience of CS-23 and CS-27 certification requirements is a plus
