LBe is certified as a maintenance organization for Leonardo helicopters (AW109, AW119, AW139, and AW169) in accordance with EASA, FAA Part-145, and UK CAA regulations.

To strengthen our technical team based in Liège, we are currently looking for an Avionics Maintenance Technician (B2).

Job description

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will perform avionics and electrical maintenance activities on helicopters, in accordance with approved documentation and the procedures defined in the MOE.

Your Responsibilities

  • Perform avionics and electrical maintenance operations on helicopters

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled inspections, troubleshooting activities, functional tests, and defect rectification within your area of responsibility

  • Remove, install, and replace equipment and components as required

  • Complete maintenance documentation, work cards, and intervention reports in compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Use tools and test equipment in accordance with procedures, quality standards, and safety regulations

  • Report any anomaly, defect, or airworthiness issue identified during maintenance activities

  • Perform inspection and dual-inspection tasks according to your authorizations and qualifications

Profile

Requirements

  • A full EASA Part-66 B2 License is preferred, but not mandatory. Candidates who have successfully completed at least 75% of the Part-66 B2 modules will also be considered

  • Both junior candidates nearing completion of their training and more experienced professionals are encouraged to apply

  • Previous experience in aircraft or helicopter maintenance is considered an asset but is not mandatory

  • Ability to read, understand, and complete technical documentation in technical English

  • Existing right to work in Belgium

  • Ability to commute daily to Grâce-Hollogne (Liège) or willingness to relocate permanently to the area
