Key Responsibilities:
•Assess the existing BeyondTrust EPM on-premises environment, including policies, endpoints, agents, applications, integrations and dependencies.
•Review and rationalize existing EPM policies and identify policies requiring redesign or remediation before migration.
•Develop the EPM migration strategy, including pilot, phased migration, production rollout and rollback approach.
•Configure and validate the BeyondTrust EPM SaaS tenant.
•Migrate/recreate EPM policies, application control rules, privilege elevation rules, exceptions and administrative configurations.
•Plan and execute EPM agent migration across Windows endpoints.
•Troubleshoot agent registration, connectivity, policy application and application elevation issues.
•Configure and validate integrations with Active Directory/Entra ID, SIEM, ServiceNow and other enterprise security platforms, as applicable.
•Perform pilot testing and validate application functionality and security controls before production migration.
•Monitor migration progress and provide reporting for migrated, failed, offline and exception endpoints.
•Perform post-migration validation and hypercare support.
•Prepare technical documentation, migration runbooks, operational procedures and knowledge-transfer material.
•Work closely with endpoint, security, IAM, infrastructure and application teams throughout the migration.
Mandatory Skills:
•Hands-on BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) experience
•Experience with BeyondTrust EPM on premises
•Experience with BeyondTrust EPM SaaS/Cloud
•At least Three EPM on-prem → SaaS migration project
•Strong understanding of EPM policy architecture
•Application control and privilege elevation
•Windows endpoint administration
•EPM agent deployment and troubleshooting
•Policy migration/design
•Active Directory / Entra ID
•SSO/RBAC/MFA concepts
•Change and migration management
•Production troubleshooting
Good to have:
•BeyondTrust certification
•PowerShell/other scripting knowledge
•ServiceNow integration
•SCCM/MECM or Intune
•API experience
•Large enterprise endpoint migration experience
