As part of our organizational development and to support our growth, we are looking for an BIM Manager to join our team in Madrid.
Reporting to the Entity Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing BIM processes across our projects and ensure coordination between all stakeholders to guarantee the quality, consistency, and efficiency of digital models.
More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:
Lead and develop the BIM team, ensuring daily supervision, coordination, performance management and team engagement;
Manage and supervise BIM implementation across projects, from design to construction and handover;
Deploy, and enforce BIM standards and processes;
Coordinate BIM workflows between all stakeholders and ensure model quality and data consistency;
Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and best practices in BIM methods, tools, and processes;
Act as a key interface with internal departments, clients, and strategic partners.
You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering, BIM or an equivalent field, and have at least 8 years of experience in roles involving BIM coordination and BIM management, preferably on complex or industrial building projects. You have a strong knowledge of BIM methodologies and standards and are proficient in tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360. You have a solid understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and are recognized for your technical expertise, leadership, and interpersonal skills. You are comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-project, and international environment.
Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, while French would be an asset.
