BIM Modeler

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a BIM Modeler with a MEP background to join our team in Madrid and contribute to the delivery of industrial building projects.

Reporting to the Entity Design Manager, you will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models, mainly for MEP systems, while supporting design coordination from design through construction.

• More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Revit,

• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure model consistency and clash resolution,

• Produce drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, and 3D deliverables,

• Contribute to Revit family creation and BIM data management,

• Support design and construction coordination (clash detection / synthesis).

With a technical degree in engineering, construction, you have at least 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, using AUTOCAD and collaboration viewers, such as Navisworks or Dalux. You have a strong command of Revit (MEP) and a solid understanding of BIM standards and multidisciplinary coordination workflows. Detail-oriented and well organized, you are comfortable working on multiple tasks in a collaborative and international environment.
