Winalist is the leading platform for booking wine experiences in Europe. On the platform, travellers from all over the world can easily book a visit to cellars in Champagne, a tasting workshop in Burgundy, a stroll through the vineyards in Bordeaux, etc.
Today Winalist has more than 1,900 wineries registered on the platform and offers more than 3,000 experiences in France, Italy, Spain and Portugal.
We are looking for new talents to help us build the next leader in wine tourism.
You will run the Winalist blog as if it were your own media business. Beyond writing and publishing, you own the full P&L logic of the blog: growing organic traffic, building editorial that converts, and turning that audience into revenue through affiliation, partnerships, and netlinking. This is a rare role where content, SEO, and monetization sit in the same pair of hands.
Editorial Ownership
Own the editorial calendar end to end: ideation, briefing, writing, editing, publishing, and updating.
Produce and commission high-quality, SEO-driven content across our markets (FR / EN / IT / PT / ES).
Maintain consistency of tone, style, and brand voice across every article.
Keep the back catalogue fresh: refresh, re-optimize, and prune underperforming content.
SEO & Traffic Growth
Build topic clusters and internal linking to grow organic traffic and prevent cannibalization.
Run keyword research and content briefs (Ahrefs, NeuronWriter, Google Search Console).
Track rankings, traffic, and content performance; iterate based on data.
Monetization
Manage affiliate integrations and placements (e.g. Stay22) and optimize them for revenue.
Identify, negotiate, and publish sponsored content, partner placements, and netlinking deals.
Develop and maintain a monetization roadmap for the blog (affiliate, display, sponsored, lead-gen toward the platform).
Maximize the contribution of the blog to platform bookings (GMV) through smart CTAs and conversion paths.
Reporting & Ownership Mindset
Track the blog as a business: traffic, conversion, affiliate revenue, netlinking spend/return, and ROI.
Build monthly performance dashboards and propose growth experiments.
Treat the blog's growth and revenue as your personal mandate.
1+ year experience in business development, account management, or sales
Strong relationship-building skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Organized, analytical, and performance-driven
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms
Strong interest in wine tourism, hospitality, or travel
