BMS Project Engineer

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry sectors.

We are currently seeking a BMS Project Engineer to join our engineering team in Madrid. Your main missions are:

• Develop BMS system designs, including architecture, control strategies, and system integration for HVAC, lighting, and energy management.

• Prepare Technical Specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers, MEP designers, and contractors to ensure system functionality and integration.

• Propose innovative and energy-efficient control solutions tailored to project needs.

• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and client specifications.

You hold an engineering degree specializing in industrial automation, with at least 5 years of experience in the construction sector. Advanced understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS) is essential.

Speaking fluently Spanish and English, a good level in French would be a plus.
