ABOUT THE ROLE
AGATHA Paris is entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of the brand in the US and UK markets. We’re looking for a creative, culturally connected and English-native (or perfectly bilingual) communicator to help bring the brand to life for new audiences.
INFLUENCER DEVELOPMENT
Working closely with our PR agency, you will help build and grow a strong network of brand ambassadors across the US and UK on Instagram, TikTok and ShopMy.
Your responsibilities will include:
Identifying, sourcing and curating relevant influencers and content creators (nano, micro and macro profiles) aligned with AGATHA’s brand positioning in the US and UK markets.
Creating and sending personalised outreach messages to targeted creators; managing negotiations for gifting arrangements, collaboration terms, and paid partnership agreements.
Managing ongoing relationships with brand ambassadors and content creators, briefing them on collections, brand guidelines, seasonal campaigns, and key messages.
Monitoring deliverables, by ensuring content is published on time, aligns with brand guidelines, and meets brief requirements (visuals, captions, hashtags, tagging).
Tracking campaign performance (reach, engagement, EMV, conversions) and preparing regular reports for the marketing team.
Staying ahead of influencer trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging creators in both markets to keep AGATHA’s strategy competitive.
Coordinating with the creative team to provide influencers with assets such as lookbooks, product imagery, and brand guidelines.
EVENT PRODUCTION
You will coordinate on-site activations and press events with KOLs and journalists.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating logistics, including scouting and booking venues, arranging catering, designing event décor aligned with brand aesthetics, and preparing product displays, goody bags, and press kits.
Liaising with local vendors, PR agencies, and brand partners to ensure seamless execution.
COPYWRITING
You will translate and adapt AGATHA’s global content strategy for English-speaking audiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing a strong understanding of the brand’s tone of voice, with the ability to adapt it for both the UK and US markets.
Drafting copy for newsletters, Instagram and TikTok posts, media announcements, and the global website, in line with the editorial calendar and brand positioning, to drive brand awareness and engagement among English-speaking audiences.
CREATIVE & MEDIA SUPPORT
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Media Manager in the development and recommendation of on-brand creative assets, including visual selection, copy, and content formats adapted to each platform and market.
Providing editorial input on asset curation by identifying visuals that best capture the brand’s Parisian aesthetic for US and UK audiences.
Working closely with the Media Manager to track campaign performance, analysing what is working and what is not, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
Conducting regular competitive benchmarking across key US and UK market players, monitoring their creative approach, platform presence, influencer activations, and campaign messaging.
ABOUT YOU
Language requirement: this role requires a native English speaker or a perfectly bilingual candidate
Currently enrolled in graduated from a communications, marketing, PR, journalism or related programme
Genuine passion for fashion, lifestyle and the jewellery world
Hands-on experience or strong understanding of social media and influencer culture in the US or UK
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp, elegant, on-brand tone.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Internship of 6 months or apprenticeship
Location: Paris (nearest metro stations: Saint Lazare or "Liège" on line 13)
