Recruitment Process :
Step 1 : Introductory call

Step 3 : Pass a technical test (Online evaluation platform IKM)
Step 4 : If we have the completed technical questionnaire, the results of the IKM test, and your Europass CV we can submit your application for official review
Step 5 : If your application gets accepted for the next step, a face-to-face technical interview in Brussels will be scheduled

We are looking for an Business and Requirement Analyst who will be able to :
Analyze businesses and model business processes, with focus on risk and security
Handle Information Systems and possess technical expertise in project aspects
Manage administrative business processes in large organizations
Demonstrate familiarity with software development approaches
Implement Agile frameworks and methodologies
Conduct Agile business and data analysis
Exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills
Deliver high-level presentations
Experience - Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT business and functional analysis of complex/large scale database systems and software applications
Proven experience in in the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition, development, testing until implementation
Experience in the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Soft Skills
Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings and facilitating discussions across diverse teams
Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment
Hard Skills
A strong focus on reporting on deadlines and meeting them
The ability and will to truly understand business, and to act as a bridge between the business units and ICT team
Knowledge of Business processes & Data analysis and modelling (UML and BPMN)
Understanding of Information Systems and technical project components
Familiarity with EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
