
Leonardo Belgium is looking for a Functional Business Analyst to support one of our clients, a leading European institution responsible for shaping global diplomatic strategies in Brussels.
Within a long-term framework contract, you will work with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into clear functional requirements and support the delivery of digital solutions in a complex, international environment.

We are looking for a Functional Business Analyst who will be able to :
Model secure business processes with a focus on risk mitigation and security.
Provide technical expertise for Information Systems and project lifecycles.
Optimize administrative business processes within large-scale enterprises.
Apply software development methodologies and Agile frameworks.
Execute Agile-led business and data analysis to drive project goals.
Deliver high-level presentations and executive-ready communications.
Monitor project milestones to ensure consistent, on-time delivery of key objectives.
Experience - Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT business and functional analysis of complex/large scale database systems and software applications
Proven experience in in the software development lifecycle, from requirements definition, development, testing until implementation
Experience in the translation of business requirements into technical specifications
Soft Skills
Rapid self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of participating in multi-lingual meetings and facilitating discussions across diverse teams
Strong teamwork abilities with a focus on collaboration in an agile environment
Hard Skills
Knowledge of Business processes & Data analysis and modelling (UML and BPMN)
Familiarity with EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset
Tools & Methodologies (client environment)
Tools: Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, PM², PM² Agile
