Job description

As a Tech Scaleup, we are expanding to the UK Markets, and strengthening our teams with passionate sales consultants. We are currently recruiting for a Business Development Manager to look after our North American market.

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be in charge of developing a new clients portfolio, in line with our global growth strategy.

Your main missions :

• Approach your client base with a consultative sales methodology

• Evangelize your prospects, generate new business through inbound and outbound opportunities, and close new customers in North America through high level, value focused conversations

• Act as a trusted advisor to your customers and help them scaling bug bounty model internally to grow your relationships, in coordination with our customer success team

• Manage your own territory as if it were your own business

• Participate in events across the North American Region

• Ensure strong reporting, pipelining and forecasting


• Proven consultative sales experience in high technology (ideally Saas)

• Ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior-level relationships within organizations of various sizes and industries

• Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to close

• Use sales as a teaching opportunity to create value and challenge the customer to think differently.

• Team player with the ability to work independently

• Teachable and embracing of best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement
