We are looking for new talents to help us build the next leader in wine tourism.
As Sales Director for Italy, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our Italian partner network.
You will act as the main point of contact for wineries and tourism partners in Italy while contributing to the development of strategic relationships with local ecosystems.
Partner Portfolio Management
Manage and nurture relationships with existing wineries and experience providers
Monitor performance and booking activity
Revenue Growth & Upselling
Propose visibility services, featured listings, media placements, and premium offers
Activate commission upgrades and new monetization features
Identify cross-selling opportunities (gift cards, curated experiences, seasonal campaigns)
Market Expansion
Identify and onboard high-potential wineries and premium experiences
Develop relationships with local tourism boards and regional institutions
Represent Winalist in industry events and ecosystem initiatives
Performance & Reporting
Track KPIs (GMV, conversion, partner activation rate)
Provide market insights to product and marketing teams
1+ year experience in business development, account management, or sales
Strong relationship-building skills
Fluent in Portuguese and English
Organized, analytical, and performance-driven
Comfortable with CRM tools and digital platforms
Strong interest in wine tourism, hospitality, or travel
