Build and execute the regional go-to-market plan; deliver on revenue, margin and pipeline KPIs.
Identify, qualify and close opportunities with end-users and consultants; manage the full sales cycle (RFP/RFQ to contract).
Develop and activate channel partners (distributors/SIs); run enablement, joint business plans and quarterly reviews.
Penetrate target verticals; secure vendor-list specifications with consultants and major accounts.
Maintain a healthy pipeline (3–4× coverage) and accurate forecasting in CRM.
Coordinate with pre-sales/technical teams for POCs, demos, solution design and BOM validation.
Lead account planning, executive presentations and commercial negotiations.
Drive demand generation with Marketing (events, roadshows, exhibitions, webinars) and produce win-loss insights.
Monitor competition, pricing and market trends; provide structured market feedback to leadership.
Ensure post-sale handover and account expansion (cross-/upsell) with Customer Success.
5+ years’ B2B sales/business development in security, IoT, networking, or related enterprise tech (channel + enterprise mix).
Proven success working with distributors, system integrators, consultants and large end-users in MENA.
Strong command of enterprise sales methodology (MEDDICC/BANT), pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
Ability to influence specifications and manage multi-stakeholder deals (IT/OT, security, procurement, consultants).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; C-level credibility.
Languages: Professional English required; Turkish and/or Arabic are strong advantages.
Bachelor’s degree (engineering, IT, business or similar).
Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of video security, access control, VMS/VSaaS, analytics/AI at the edge, networking or storage.
Experience selling into Government, Critical Infrastructure, Transportation or Large Enterprise programs.
