Business Unit Manager - Head of office

We are an international recruitment firm specialized in commercial and sales profiles.

Our client is a leading consulting firm (700 employees). They offer 80% technical assistance (TA) and 20% service centers.

As part of their growth, they are looking for a Business Unit Manager focused on IT & digital transformation, who will have two main missions:

50% – Business: 360° business development, from prospecting and negotiation to recruiting consultants and management. Depending on your preferences, you can be supported by a dedicated recruiter.

50% – Team creation: building and recruiting your team of business managers, management, P&L monitoring, etc.

You will be joining a small office of around six people.

You have at least four years of experience as a Business Manager in IT & digital transformation consulting.

Or you have initial experience in consulting combined with commercial experience in IT & digital transformation.

You are driven and ambitious.

English and Polish are mandatory.
