At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. Missions :
●Ensure the management of orders (creation and follow-up)
● Entering supplier invoices
● Ensure the realization of the calls for tender (RFI, RFP, RFQ)
● Ensure the analysis of the different commercial offers
● Ensure the negotiation and the preliminary contractualization with the suppliers
● Ensure the follow-up of the execution of supplier contracts
● Ensure the implementation and execution of NDAs
● Participate in the sourcing of suppliers
● Support structuring IT tools for the implementation of purchasing processes
● Support purchasing process templates
● Participate in the definition and implementation of purchasing processes
●2 to 5 years of experience in the field.
● Good knowledge of the supply chain and purchasing processes.
● Knowledge of management and negotiation of purchasing contracts
● Ideally justify a first successful experience in industry sectors preferably aeronautics, space and/or defense.
● Knowledge of office automation and analytical tools (Excel...)
● Fluent English & French
● Ability to work in a team and to coordinate work with other teams
