CCTV Controller

Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced CCTV Controller for the Night Shift. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the security and safety of their facilities during non-daylight hours and actively contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven motion detection technology.

As a CCTV Controller, you will:

• Monitor CCTV feeds during the night shift to ensure the security and safety of company facilities.

• Collaborate with the IT and Security teams in the development and implementation of AI motion detection technology.

• Respond promptly to any identified security issues or incidents and take appropriate action.

• Conduct regular checks of surveillance equipment to ensure proper functioning.

• Generate reports on security incidents, AI system performance, and recommend improvements.

• Coordinate with on-site security personnel to enhance overall security measures.

• Act as a point of contact for emergency response teams in case of security breaches.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in security-related fields is a plus.

• Proven experience in operating and monitoring CCTV systems.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify security concerns through surveillance footage.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with on-site personnel and emergency response teams.

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under minimal supervision.

• Understanding of security protocols and procedures.
