Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner

Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and address client and candidate needs
Coordinate and schedule interviews between clients and candidates
Follow up with clients and candidates to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and company services
Provide support to other departments as needed
