Job Description: Customer Service/ Chat Support (Work From Home)

We are looking for a customer service/ chat support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via chat and email. The successful candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service, maintain a positive and professional demeanor, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy

  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Follow up with customers to ensure their inquiries are resolved to their satisfaction

  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and suggestions for improvement

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
