You will join the Research team of our R&D center located in Saint-Orens-de-Gameville (31). Your role will be to define and implement a portfolio of innovative projects aimed at improving the breeding process, and especially the reproduction stage, with a view to industrialization.

While working in a collaborative mode, you will be in close contact with the engineering, breeding and quality teams to help you in your missions.

Your main missions will be :

• To identify the leverages for optimizing our breeding processes and improving our performance indicators,
• Set up trials to improve our knowledge of insects, contribute to the dynamics of the Research team and develop innovative solutions that can be integrated on an industrial scale,
• Participate to working groups, where your contribution will be useful for the development of the company.

• You have at least a Master's degree in biology or equivalent, and at least 5 years of experience as an R&D project manager in the field of insect breeding.
• You have a good command of English and are comfortable with statistics.
• You have a strong sense of autonomy and you enjoy working in a team.
• You are not afraid of challenges and you are a source of proposals.
