Le poste

This internship offers high exposure to strategic and operational topics at the heart of CAPZA’s transformation and integration within BNP Paribas Asset Management ALTS.

The intern will act as a true right-hand support to the COO on cross-functional and high-impact initiatives. You will work closely with various internal teams to:

  • Contribute to the delivery and coordination of cross‑functional projects (digital, IT, ESG, organizational or business‑driven), by supporting project management activities and assisting business owners in achieving successful outcomes,

  • Support the enhancement of the IT platform based on identified business needs and upcoming priorities (e.g. portfolio monitoring tools, data workflows, AI‑related features).

  • Assist in workstreams related to the integration of CAPZA into BNP Paribas Asset Management ALTS processes, including alignment with sustainability, compliance, and operational frameworks,

  • Help – based on the input of the Partners and Teams Head - strengthen and optimize internal processes, contribute to mapping exercises of workflows, and promoting efficient and scalable ways of working across teams,

  • Participate in change‑management and internal communication efforts to facilitate the adoption of new tools, processes, and organizational initiatives,

  • Contribute to business‑oriented analyses, operational deep‑dives, and strategic reviews, by preparing clear, structured and actionable materials for leadership teams,

  • Act as a junior PMO, and support project governance by maintaining tracking tools, producing status reporting, coordinating meetings, and following up with stakeholders to secure timely updates and delivery of commitments.

Profil recherché

  • Strong academic background in business administration, engineering, economics, data/tech, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in Alternative Investments, operations, transformation, project management, ideally with prior internship or academic exposure or a similar analytical role in finance/asset management is a plus.

  • Good understanding of investment-management processes and how technology, data and regulation shape operational models, particularly in Alternatives.

  • Analytical and structured mindset, able to summarize complex information into clear and concise outputs.

  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and contribute to cross-functional initiatives involving diverse and senior stakeholders.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong team spirit, with the ability to work in an international, fast-paced and collaborative environment.

  • Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).

This role requires:

  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability when handling sensitive, confidential information

  • Understanding of the importance of professional boundaries, information segregation, and appropriate communication channels.
