Le poste

We are seeking an experienced Client Advisor, based in Paris, to assume responsibility for our Voyageurs from the US region.

This is a relationship management position, not an acquisition role. The portfolio comprises existing members alongside newly recruited Voyageurs. The mandate is to develop an in-depth understanding of each member, anticipate their travel calendar, and orchestrate every journey end-to-end in partnership with a dedicated Travel Designer. Lartisien operates a DUO model in which each Client Advisor is paired with a Travel Designer responsible for production.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of US-based Voyageurs against an annual revenue target tied to member stays and renewals

• Anticipate each Voyageur's travel calendar and proactively propose journeys

• Curate itineraries in close collaboration with the assigned Travel Designer, validating partner selection, negotiated rates and applicable benefits

• Lead the commercial relationship across its full cycle: initial consultation, presentation of options, follow-through, and post-trip debrief

• Safeguard portfolio retention and lead the annual renewal process

• Contribute to the firm's partner intelligence on the US market, including evolving property positioning and unmet member demand

• Represent Lartisien at member events in Paris and, on occasion, in the region

Profil recherché

  • A minimum of five years' experience in luxury travel, hospitality or private client services, including direct and sustained engagement with US clientele

  • A demonstrated understanding of US cultural codes, calendar, family structures, and expectations relating to discretion, hospitality and reciprocity

  • Fluent English, which is the principal working language with members and internally.

  • A relationship-oriented temperament: patient, observant, and anticipatory

  • Sound commercial judgement: the capacity to interpret a request accurately, identify the underlying need, and structure a response that protects both margin and relationship

  • Proficiency with structured CRM environments (Lartisien operates on Salesforce) and the discipline to maintain a rigorous pipeline
