Designed to support NewSpace and constellations businesses achieving compliance with space debris mitigation standards and developing remediation activities & novel space assets for sustainable orbital practices.
Our goal is to contribute to a future where space exploration is not only innovative but also prioritizes the remediation and management of space debris, ensuring a sustainable and secure environment for future space endeavors.
We are looking for partners/associates who are aligned with our interests and will be Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with an entrepreneurial spirit.
We are accelerating in a program at Station F.
Expecting to use X-Up and BLAST Program's Prototyping Facilities and Laboratories in Palaiseau.

Leadership and Strategic Vision: Ability to define and drive the company's long-term vision.
Business Management Experience: Proven experience in the technological, operational, financial, or commercial management of a space startup.
Space Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the challenges facing the space industry and the issues related to space debris.
Key Responsibilities:
Define the long-term vision, global strategy, and company roadmap
Represent the company to strategic partners, space agencies, investors, and institutions
Lead business development, market entry strategy, and strategic partnerships
Coordinate key decisions with other co-founders (CTO, CFO, COO, etc.)
COO - 100% Contribution
Operations Skills: Experience in process optimization, headcount plan, team management, and operations development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the company’s day-to-day operations
Structure and optimize internal processes (R&D, engineering, operations, supply chain)
Lead team management and organizational scaling
Ensure strong coordination between technical, commercial, and financial teams
Define and monitor operational performance metrics
Ensure reliability, safety, and sustainability of space operations
CFO - 100% Contribution
Finance Skills: Expertise in financial management, fundraising, and investment strategy.
Business Modelization: Creating new assets and business models for satellite operators invisible costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and manage the company’s overall financial strategy
Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and performance indicators
Lead fundraising activities (pre-seed, seed, Series A, grants, public funding, NATO DIANA, CNES and ESA programs, etc.)
Manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial partners
Oversee financial, tax, and regulatory compliance
Assess and manage financial risks related to space projects and deep-tech investments
