Engnano is developing a next-generation synthetic, nanoporous bone graft under the product name Osteovita.

The graft will be designed to adress clinical needs in dental, spine, and trauma applications such as expediting healing speed, and developing load bearing grafts.

We are building Engnano at the intersection of biomaterials, medical devices, and clinical innovation, with the ambition to translate deep tech innovation into a scalable, venture-backed medtech company.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Cofounder & CEO to lead Engnano from company formation through fundraising, customer discovery, regulatory strategy, go-to-market execution, and clinical validation. You will work closely with the technical founder to translate deep technology into a product that shape the future of bones regeneration.

Responsibilities:

•Define and execute Engnano’s overall vision, strategy, and execution roadmap

•Lead early customer discovery with dentists, maxillofacial and orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and distributors

•Identify market opportunities across dental, spine, and trauma segments

•Build a regulatory pathway strategy

•Manage communication with investors, potential partners, and stakeholders

•Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising (Grants, Angels Investors, VCs)

•Develop pitch decks and financial models

•Connect with academic and private partners for co-development

•Define target indications and market entry strategy based on validated customer needs

Ideal Background:

The best candidate will have several of the following:

•Experience as a founder, CEO, or senior leader in a medtech or life sciences startup

•Strong understanding of medical device commercialization, ideally in orthopedics, dental, or regenerative medicine

•Hands-on experience with customer discovery and early market validation

•Ability to identify and market opportunities in healthcare markets

•Exposure to regulatory pathways (EU MDR, FDA, and CE marking),

•Proven ability to raise capital at early stages

•High ownership mindset, resilience, and comfort with uncertainty

Location & Language:

•Based in France or willing to relocate

•Professional working proficiency in French
