Exosome Analytics is a MedTech startup at the forefront of liquid biopsy innovation. Our cutting-edge solutions enable rapid, non-invasive, and highly sensitive detection of disease-specific protein markers on exosomes.
Our flagship product is a groundbreaking diagnostic tool for detection of ovarian cancer and monitoring of treatment response, designed for use in hospitals, cancer centers, and medical laboratories. In early clinical trials, our test demonstrated over 90% sensitivity for detecting ovarian cancer at stages I and II—a dramatic improvement over the current standard, which achieves only ~50% sensitivity at these early stages. Importantly, our platform also detects pre-cancerous ovarian tumors, enabling preventive intervention.
In addition to its clinical performance, our test is cost-effective and scalable, making it an attractive option for widespread screening and post-treatment follow-up of the patients. We plan to launch the product initially as a Research Use Only (RUO) tool, while preparing for large-scale clinical trials to secure IVD MD Class B certification.
Our broader vision is to develop a pan-cancer early detection platform, and initial pilot results across other cancer types are highly promising.
Your Role Will Be Pivotal In:
✅ Leading and optimizing operational activities
✅ Actively contributing to fundraising strategy and execution
✅ Driving the launch of RUO products (including industrialization, commercialization, regulatory filings, and client acquisition)
✅ Supporting the design and coordination of clinical trials
✅ Spearheading business development and strategic partnerships
We’re seeking a driven and qualified individual to help lead the next phase of our growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in scaling our innovative diagnostics tests
✅ Ideal Profile:
Proven experience in a MedTech/BioTech startup or the commercial arm of a healthcare company
Deep understanding of the healthcare value chain (from R&D and labs to patients and investors)
Solid knowledge of the certification process and the French & European biomedical markets
A dual scientific/commercial background is a strong plus
You are enthusiastic, mission-driven, and ready to commit time, knowledge, and energy to build something impactful
