About Moir-Ai
Moir-Ai is an emerging healthtech/deeptech startup at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data science, biology, and pharmaceutical development.
Our ambition: to revolutionize the translational phase of drug development by making it more reliable, faster, and more efficient through a AI-driven multi-objective optimization platform.
The transition from preclinical to clinical stages is the critical breaking point in drug development, with failure rates exceeding 50%. This “translational bottleneck” has major ethical and economic consequences for the pharmaceutical industry. Moir-Ai is a disruptive project that moves away from traditional approaches relying on animal experimentation and costly trial-and-error methods.
In practice, Moir-Ai empowers pharmaceutical, biotech, and academic stakeholders to make better strategic decisions by predicting, as early as the preclinical stage, the likelihood of clinical success for their drug candidates. By integrating multimodal data from preclinical and clinical sources, the platform helps identify the most promising leads, reduce animal testing, and accelerate patient access to safe and effective treatments.
The project is led by Aurélie Olivier, who brings together a dual scientific (PhD) and business (Global Executive MBA) background, with over 15 years of expertise in translational medicine and biotech strategy, now serving as founding CEO. Moir-Ai is entering a pivotal phase: building its founding team. We are looking for a Co-founder & CTO with strong expertise in AI/Machine Learning/Deep Learning to partner with the CEO in shaping the technical, organizational, and operational vision of the company, and to co-develop a Proof-of-Concept in oncology as the first strategic milestone.
Joining Moir-Ai now means seizing the unique opportunity to play a defining role, leaving a strong technological footprint from the very beginning, and embarking on an ambitious AI-driven deeptech journey in healthcare. The project is set to join a leading incubation program to secure strategic, technical, and financial support, with the mission of building a platform with meaningful scientific, ethical, and societal impact.
