Coater Operator (Rotating Shifts)

About the role:

Our production team is looking for an entry level Coater Operator to work in our Lithography department (Printing and Coating).

You will be responsible for supporting continuous operation of the production line and checking the quality of the product produced.

What we will teach you:

• Work with a variety of different coating and solvents

• Apply coating onto metal sheets

• Safely maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Use basic hand tools to make adjustments

What we look for:

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift

• Experience working with chemicals is a plus

Massilly runs three shifts - must be able to work all three:

• Days ( 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)

• Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)

• Nights ( 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)

What we offer:  

• Hourly: Wage Increase After Training Period (Training Rate $27.19/hr | Fully Trained Rate $28.70/hr

• Shift Premiums - Afternoons $0.50/hr, Nights $1.00/hr

• 3 weeks vacation per year
