Massilly has been manufacturing metal lids for the food industry for over 25 years. Our Production team is looking for Coating Machine Operators to work in our Lithography department (Printing and Coating). 

Responsibilities

We will teach you to:

• Operate the coaters, ovens and related equipment including proper equipment start up, shutdown, changeovers and cleanups 

• Work with a variety of different coating and solvents

• How to apply coating onto metal sheets

• How to safely maintain equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues

• Use basic hand tools to make adjustments

Our facility runs three shifts - must be able to work all three

• Days ( 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m)

• Afternoons ( 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m)

• Nights ( 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m)

What we look for:

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for the entire shift

• Experience working with chemicals is a plus

What we offer:

• Wage Increase After Training Period (Training Rate $26.53/hr Fully Trained Rate $28.00/hr)

• Shift Premiums - Afternoons $0.50/hr, Nights $1.00/hr
