As AI reshapes the Search Marketing landscape, we’re expanding rapidly across Europe and beyond. We’re looking for a Communication & Marketing Manager who can take ownership, elevate our brand, and help establish Getfluence as a category leader in the space.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the organization—ideal for someone looking to grow into a future CMO.

What You’ll Do ?
Brand & Communications Strategy
Develop and execute a comprehensive global communications strategy.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels (PR, social, events, email, content).
Strengthen Getfluence’s presence on LinkedIn and act as a brand ambassador at industry events.
Marketing Execution & Growth
Partner with Product and CSM teams to improve platform positioning, messaging, and user experience.
Manage and challenge our Paid Media agency (paid search, paid social, outreach).
Lead multi-market marketing campaigns in collaboration with local Sales teams.
Own the marketing budget, track performance, and optimize ROI.
Oversee CRM strategy: segmentation, automation, nurturing flows, and lifecycle campaigns.
Market Intelligence
Stay up-to-date on Search Marketing, SEO, AI, and digital marketing trends.
Identify new communication angles, partnership opportunities, and thought-leadership initiatives.
Partnerships & External Relations
Activate and expand strategic partnerships through co-marketing and joint campaigns.
Build relationships across the industry, attend conferences, and support international event initiatives.
Team Leadership
Operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with autonomy and ownership.
Manage and mentor a marketing intern, and third parties.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to produce high-quality assets (content, visuals, videos, research).
Recruitment process:
Initial meeting with the Sales Director to assess your motivations and skills.
English interview with a team member to assess your language proficiency.
Practical test or case study to evaluate your operational abilities.
Meeting with Management Team Member
Final interview with our CEO, followed by a recommendation call.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in marketing and communications, ideally in Search Marketing, SEO, or digital marketing.
Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, product marketing, CRM, and budget management.
Experience managing paid acquisition channels and challenging external agencies.
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, leadership-driven mindset
Strong digital culture and interest in product and technology.
Bilingual English (written and spoken).
Ambition to grow into a CMO role.
