Reporting to his subsidiary's Chief Executive Officer, the Communications & Marketing Manager will be in charge of defining and implementing the company’s communications and marketing strategy, strengthening brand awareness and image, supporting sales objectives and portfolio development, managing institutional and media relations, and ensuring consistency in internal and external communications. 

The incumbent will be responsible for the following key activities :

1. Contribute to the company’s visibility 

2. Oversee corporate communications 

3. Contribute to business development 

4. Ensure the company’s digital presence 

5. Safeguard the company’s reputation and manage its brand image 

Education

• Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or equivalent.

Experience

• At least 8 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the insurance or financial services sector.
