At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. Le poste

The Junior Community Manager is responsible for supporting the communication team in day to day activities and on the roll out of the communication strategy:

His/her responsibilities range from: 

  • Creation of editorial contents for social medias

  • Launch of 2 social medias

  • Prepare and organize the shooting of internal videos/interviews for social media contents

  • Management of the company pages (Linkedin,Youtube,  Instagram, Threads & website)

MAIN MISSIONS

SUPPORT COMMUNICATION AND BRAND MANAGER

Support Comm & Brand manager in her activities to specifically implement our editorial lines on our social medias:

  • Creation and animation of the editorial calendars (topics identification, posts conception and planification of posts, follow up)

  • Management of the different company pages and execute the editorial lines and plans accordingly

  • Prepare and (re)launch at least 2 new social medias  with the support of the Communication Manager


CREATE OUR DAY-TO-DAY COMMUNICATION CONTENT:
Based on the Communication Strategy

  • You prepare and organize the shooting of internal videos/interviews for social media contents that will be published on our networks (with our inhouse material: smartphone, light ring and tripod).

  • To do so, you master the basic graphic tools and one video editing video software to create social media contents. 

SYNTHETIZE RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Evaluate and report the posts & implementations that worked best on our social media channels (and competition).

  • Thanks to your evaluation, make recommendations for next communication supports


Objective:
Progressively become autonomous to be able to manage social media projects from A to Z and truly implement our strategy across several social medias.

Profil recherché

Knowledge / Hard skills

  • Communication education, specialized in digital or community management

  • Google Analytics  & Adobe Suite proficiency

  • Fluent in English

  • Excellent copywriting

  • French language is a + but not mandatory

  • Sensitivity to the climate change impacts and desire to have have a real impact

  • Figma & Webflow knowledges are +

  • Interest for technology, aeronautics / aviation

  • Very good interpersonal skills
