At Ascendance we are building tomorrow’s hybrid-electric aviation with ATEA, a unique Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) aircraft powered by STERNA, our in-house hybrid-electric propulsion system. You will be part of our System Engineering and V&V, Configuration management and Tests
team. We are a very dynamic team supporting design offices!
You will actively contribute to robustify our aircraft configuration management activities.
Configuration management is a critical field of management enabling the demonstration of overall consistency from requirements to design and final built product.
You will cover the complete aircraft development working with all design office perimeters, Flight Test organization, Production organization, Airworthiness and Safety office…
Your main contributions will be :
Refine Configuration Management ways of working especially for the Flight Test phases
Record target configuration for Flight Sequence
Manage potential temporary changes
Support Technical Event / Problem report management
Enable Configuration Management in the Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) tool
Refine configuration data model
Support implementation in PLM
Ensure consistency of information
