Construction Business Development Manager

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors. 

Through our 15 locations in France and abroad, our 550 employees are all driven by a common passion: design and build complex and varied projects with commitment and ingenuity, while integrating measures to limit our environmental footprint. 

Reporting to the Strategic Industries Division, you will strengthen the business development team for the UK market.

Based in France or in the UK, you will work regularly in the United Kingdom thanks to your network and knowledge of the market. You will identify new prospects and lead them through to the preparation of commercial proposals.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing your network of contacts and information sources, as well as conducting prospecting activities;

• Driving the development of our commercial strategy in the UK;

• Managing a client portfolio;

• Building customer loyalty by staying attentive to their needs;

• Preparing commercial proposals to define the right technical and commercial strategy for our clients;

• Leading negotiations with clients by identifying all the project’s stakes with a view to contract signature;

• Supporting the client throughout the entire project delivery as Contract Manager;

• Working closely with CAP INGELEC’s Delivery department to ensure customer satisfaction.

With a higher education degree from a General Engineering school or a Business School, you have at least 5 years’ experience in selling turnkey projects, ideally in the industrial sector, with solid knowledge of the clients and subcontractors present in the UK market.

Recognized for your interpersonal skills and tenacity, you have developed a strong interest in technical matters. Fluent in English for communication with our clients, your area of operation will cover France and Europe.
