Job description

To support our growing activity in Greece, We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Construction Health and Safety Manager to join our team.

In relation with the HSE manager group and the Greece Operations Manager;

your main responsibilities will be:

  • Align the local health and safety strategy with the HSE group strategy,

  • Launch, promote and sustain a safety culture across all stakeholders

  • Ensure the interface between clients, local authorities and subcontractors,

  • Audit construction sites and provide advice on the execution of work according to Health & Safety best practice standards ,

  • Provide solutions

  • Ensure the reporting (Logbook, Key Performance Indicators, Activity Report, Action Plan, etc.),

  • Lead investigations and analyses of accidents /incidents and conduct risk assessments,

  • Infuse a positive health and safety culture within the organization through effective communication.

  • Goal: Zero accidents

Profile

You are proactive and results‑driven.

You have a proven experience as a Health and Safety Manager in the construction industry. With a technical mind-set, you have in-depth knowledge of Greek or international health and safety regulations and standards applicable to construction.

Your excellent communication, your interpersonal skills and your adaptability to the situations encountered will allow you to succeed in this position and grow within our company.

Speaking fluently English, Greek would be a plus.
