Construction Logistics CSA engineer

International Design and Build group specializing in complex buildings, we are mainly involved in turnkey construction, renovation and extension projects in the Datacenter, Critical Utilities, Industry & Cleanrooms, Wines, Spirits & Agri-Foods sectors.

As part of our growth and organizational development around major industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a CSA Construction Engineer specialized in Logistics to join our Greek team to carry out our projects.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

•        Plan and coordinate all site deliveries, manage delivery booking slots, control vehicle access, and ensure smooth traffic flow within the construction site.

•        Organize storage areas, unloading zones, base camp facilities, and maintain the site logistics plan.

•        Coordinate daily logistics activities with subcontractors, participate in coordination meetings, anticipate scheduling constraints, and ensure effective communication between stakeholders.

•        Plan and monitor the use of cranes, telehandlers, MEWPs, and other lifting equipment while ensuring regulatory compliance.

•        Manage waste collection, segregation, and skip rotations to maintain an efficient and clean site.

•        Enforce HSE requirements, maintain housekeeping standards, monitor pedestrian and vehicle routes, and participate in safety inspections.

•        Maintain and update logistics documentation, including the Site Logistics Plan and Site Installation Plan (PIC).

As a Civil engineer specialized in logistics, you have a minimum of 5 years of experience on big industrial building projects with a high added technical value and tight deadlines.

Recognized for your leadership and strong interpersonal skills, you combine diplomacy, rigor, and a service-oriented mindset and have developed proficiency in Greek and English.

Based on the construction site, you are open to frequent travel across Greece.
