Descriptif du poste
Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) Consultant(e) - Safety and Systems Support (FHA, ARP4754B), en CDI.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Technique, votre mission principale consistera à apporter un support opérationnel aux activités de safety avion (FHA) et de structuration des plans de développement ARP4754B, sous la supervision des experts safety et ARP4754B.

Responsabilités principales
Safety avion — FHA
- Apporter un support à la structuration de la FHA avion (niveau concept), incluant :
-        La mise en forme des fonctions avion,
-        La documentation des failure conditions,
-        La formalisation des hypothèses safety.
- Préparer les supports de revues safety et certification.
- Suivre et consolider des actions, open points et décisions safety.

Plans de développement — ARP4754B
- Apporter un support à la structuration des plans ARP4754B (niveau concept) :
-        L’aide à la mise en forme des plans (ADP, V&V, RM, CMP, Safety Programme Plan),
-        La vérification de cohérence documentaire.
- Suivre et consolider les hypothèses, risques et open points ARP4754B.
- Préparer les supports pour revues internes.

Profil recherché
Vous êtes diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur (spécialisation safety, systèmes ou certification) et avez réalisé une période de stage/alternance significative et/ou vous justifiez d’une première expérience dans un environnement aéronautique, avec une première exposition FHA ou certification, et un fort potentiel d’évolution vers des rôles safety ou développement avion.
Vous disposez de connaissances générales sur les exigences techniques et réglementaires (EASA Part 21, CS-25, ARP4754B, ARP4761).

Compétences techniques
- Bases FHA avion (ARP4761).
- Principes ARP4754B (niveau concept).
- Gestion documentaire et traçabilité.
- Outils bureautiques (Word, Excel).

Au-delà des compétences techniques nous recherchons une personne dotée de :

• Rigueur & autonomie : organisé(e), méthodique, avec un fort esprit critique et orienté(e) résultats, forte capacité de structuration et de synthèse

• Excellent relationnel : bonne communication écrite et orale

• Anglais courant, à l’écrit comme à l’oral

 
Localisation : Hybride – sud de la France.

Rémunération : à partir de 36K€ brut annuel, étudiée en fonction de l’expérience et du profil

Job Description
As part of our growth, we are looking for a Consultant – Safety and Systems Support (FHA, ARP4754B) on a permanent Position(CDI).

Reporting to the Technical Management, your main mission will be to provide operational support to aircraft safety activities (FHA) and to the structuring of ARP4754B development plans, under the supervision of safety and ARP4754B experts.

Main Responsibilities
Aircraft Safety — FHA
·        Provide support for the structuring of the aircraft FHA (concept level), including:
-   Formatting of aircraft functions ;
-   Documentation of failure conditions ;
-   Formalization of safety assumptions ;
·        Prepare materials for safety and certification reviews;
·        Track and consolidate safety actions, open points, and decisions.

Development Plans — ARP4754B
·        Provide support for the structuring of ARP4754B plans (concept level):
-   Assistance with plan formatting (ADP, V&V, RM, CMP, Safety Programme Plan);
-   Verification of document consistency ;
·        Track and consolidate ARP4754B assumptions, risks, and open points;
·        Prepare materials for internal reviews.

Profile Sought
You hold an engineering degree (with a specialization in safety, systems, or certification) and have completed a significant internship/apprenticeship and/or have initial professional experience in an aeronautical environment, with first exposure to FHA or certification, and strong potential to evolve toward aircraft safety or development roles.
 You have general knowledge of technical and regulatory requirements (EASA Part 21, CS-25, ARP4754B, ARP4761).

Technical Skills

·        Fundamentals of aircraft FHA (ARP4761);
·        ARP4754B principles (concept level) ;
·        Document management and traceability ;
·        Office tools (Word, Excel).

Personal Skills
Beyond technical skills, we are looking for someone with:

·        Rigor & autonomy: organized, methodical, with strong critical thinking and results-oriented, with strong structuring and synthesis capabilities;

·        Excellent interpersonal skills: strong written and verbal communication;

·        Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Location : Hybrid – South of France

Compensation : Starting from 36K€ per year, compensation will be determined based on experience and profile.
