Nous recrutons Un (une) Treasury Manager pour l'un de nos partenaires dans le secteur de la Distribution.

Responsible for the financial close process and producing financial statements and reports to guide decision-making.

• Provide accurate and timely company records by managing the accounting function.

• Maintenance of company’s financial procedures and systems.

• Interpret company’s accounting policies and reflect them in Company’s Financial Statements and ensure they conform with Nigerian legal requirements. 

• Interpret and ensure compliance with both Nigerian Accounting Standards and the International Accounting Standards in the Financial statement.

• Ensure accurate and proper recording of all accounting transactions especially direct postings into NAV by other Departments.

• Ensure accounting records and documents are properly archived.

• Formulate, interpret and implement credit control policies for the company.

• Ensure reconciliation of all Customers and Suppliers accounts.

• Ensure completeness of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet and other reports to Management.

• Prepare all Statutory books for audit purposes.

• Prepare all relevant schedules for the End of Year Statutory Audit.

• Liaise with the Company’s External Auditors for the Statutory Audit.

• Appraise, motivate and identify the training needs of the Accounts staff.

• Monthly Risk Assessment of all Balance Sheet and P & L accounts in conjunction with Finance Director.

• Reconciliation of Cash-In-Transit Accounts (all locations).

• Industry competitiveness analysis of PNG with competitors published accounts with Finance Director.

EDUCATION

HND/B.Sc in Accounting.

Professional Qualification: ACA or ACCA. Computer literacy is a must.

 EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 8 years of working experience in a structured organization with minimum 3years at managerial level.
