HIPERSSYS is a deeptech, early-stage start-up. We develop disruptive lithium-ion batteries with new architecture and new electrode materials that can provide:

- a longer range from its higher energy density

- a faster charging from its high power density

- a lower cost, thanks to the abundance of the environmentally-friendly materials used. 

Description du poste

We are looking for a motivated partner that is eager to join us in this journey of building the battery company of the future. You would be working with us on core operations, product development (moving from a lab-scale prototype to an industrial product), procurement, and partnership aspects of the business including:

-Productization, go-to-market & pricing, market strategy

  • Market reviews & go-to-market strategy. Building a viable business model and pricing strategy.
  • Support development of a strategic roadmap.
  • Working with technological experts on the production of a detailed product development plan for the next 2 years.


  • Heading the overall coordination of logistics and operations.
  • Securing support from OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturer) for the next stages of the innovation project.
  • Partnerships and/or customer relations regarding manufacturing.


  • Ability to navigate dilutive and non-dilutive funding: e.g. French Public Investment Bank (BPI), Wilco, Réseau Entreprendre, European Funding, etc. 
  • Business Plan, budgeting and accounting

-Communication & Public representation

  • Ability to interface between investors, customers, and commercial partners on business development.
  • Social Media management (LinkedIn)

Description du profil

  • Master’s degree in Management or MBA.
  • Preferable, 3 to 5 years of experience
  • English is a must; French would be a plus.
  • Understand the big picture of the energy business and industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including with C-levels (board, partners, and investors). Public-speaking skills.
  • Team-player.
  • Understanding of financial consequences of partnerships, licensing, and manufacturing agreements.
  • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, and work in a fast paced, startup environment.
