Creative Producer in Los Angeles

We are Left Productions, a production company based in Los Angeles, Paris and with teams in London. We started 10 years ago with a YouTube channel dedicated to music, 3èmeGauche, with featured artists such as Bastille, Passenger, Ben Howard, Kodaline, etc with 150,000 subscribers. We then grew into a full-service creative production company & creative agency.
We work with artists (Megan Thee Stallion, Justine Skye, SaWeetie, Diplo, Christina Aguilera, T-Pain, Ofenbach, Tobi Lou, Trip Carter, etc), brands (Adidas, Tag Heuer, Brandon Blackwood, LVMH, Universal, etc) and Start-Ups (Revolut, Built Robotics, Deezer, Zebra, etc).

We produce ads, music videos, and are looking to get in the world of docuseries, fiction series, and features. We are looking to build an innovative model: we work with both agencies and direct-to-brand, we can manage everything from ideation to post-production, & we leverage technology solutions to optimize efficiency to focus on creativity, strategy, and building meaningful relationships. In that regard, we've built right.video, a video Pinterest for professionals in the industry.

The Mission: Creative Producer

The team in the US is small for now, but our turnover is growing fast and we are expanding. As the company grows, you will be able to take on more responsibilities.
You will be involved in creating opportunities, grow the business for Left Productions in the US, produce and manage day-to-day operations. In detail:

• Develop relationships with brands and agencies: you will use our different tools to create emailing campaigns, supervise our communication, and manage incoming leads.
• Creative proposals: you will develop and sell ideas with our directors and teams.
• Produce: you will be producing and supervising projects. You will be in direct contact with line producers and clients.
• Strategic vision: we are always trying to improve our model and we will ask you to help us in building our strategy.

You are:

• You are passionate, this is our main criteria.
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the industry as a producer.
• You already have a network in the advertising industry (agencies, talents, sales rep).
• You have excellent interpersonal skills. You love to talk to people, understand their needs and provide them with a great solution.
• You are a team player and you want to grow with your colleagues.
• You are open-minded and interested in working in an international environment.
