As the main contact person for German SamBoat users, your tasks will be to:

• Meet customer needs
• Handle incoming calls, emails from German and International customers
• Proposal of tailor-made offers adapted to customer needs
• Ensure the quality of SamBoat service

• You are an organized person
• You are a native German speaker
• You are in English and Italian
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly customer satisfaction oriented
