As a member of our Customer Care team, you'll support our customers throughout their journey with SamBoat.
You will be responsible for the following tasks:
Meet customer needs;
Handle calls and emails from French and international customers;
Provide tailor-made offers adapted to customers' needs;
Contact owners by telephone and e-mail;
Handle disputes;
Ensuring the quality of the SamBoat service.
The perfect future team member:
Native Italian speaker
Fluent in several languages (including French & English)
Perseverance and a sense of service
Good interpersonal and commercial skills
Comfortable with IT tools
Bonus: knowledge of the nautical world
