As the main contact person for the Italian and International SamBoat users, your tasks will be to:

• Meet customer needs
• Handle incoming calls, emails and chats from Italian and international customers
• Proposal of tailor-made offers adapted to customer needs
• Ensure the quality of SamBoat service

• You are an organized person
• You speak at least fluent Italian and English
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly customer satisfaction oriented
