Our client, a leading company in the industry sector, is seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. The company is renowned for its commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, offering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our client’s customers by managing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle a variety of tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Responsible for the entire processing of customer orders: receive, process, and ensure accurate fulfillment of orders.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.
Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Identify and report recurring customer issues to help improve processes and services.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the industry sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in various customer service and technology platforms, including SAP, SAGE, SQL, Access, Tableau, and TMS tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
